PHP Web Developer: Linux / Apache / MySQL / PHP
Due to a number
of recent account wins Asterisk is looking for another outstanding
candidate to join our team.
We would love to hear from you if:
- Your passion is writing code
- You have at least two year’s experience developing commercial
sites with LAMP (Linux / Apache / MySQL / PHP)
- You can demonstrate your abilities with an impressive portfolio
of Object Oriented PHP sites, incorporating SQL relational database
design, JavaScript and maybe even a bit of Flash
- You can knowledgably discuss all areas of web development including
usability, accessibility, information architecture, standards
and SEO
- You like to get under the skin of each project, suggesting improvements
and experimenting with groundbreaking solutions
- You notice and eliminate small inconsistencies whilst keeping
your eye on the bigger picture
- You can make great things happen… quickly!
- You’re capable of building complex web applications from
scratch as well as adding functionality to existing sites
- You’re a team player who wants to work for a company where
freedom and trust allow you to explore possibilities
The successful candidate will work alongside our creative design
team, taking overall responsibility for delivering client websites
and web applications. In addition, they will be responsible for
redeveloping and maintaining the Company’s existing sites
and web applications, including our online printing site StressFreePrint.co.uk.
